1918 (8th Oct) 1d rose-carmine KGV x 3 tied by neat Perth cds's on outbound cover to USA. With WWI still in progress, 3d was the rate incl ½d War Tax. "Opened by Censor" tape at left & double framed "Passed by Censor, 1." h/s ties the stamps. A most attractive example of this rate.
