1931 (18th March) 2d & 3d Kingsford Smith commems on Narrogin addressed env endorsed "Melbourne to Perth - First day of Issue of Kingsford Smith Stamps" but postmarked "LATE FEE MELBOURNE" and dated the day before issue! Most unusual & the irony of being "Early" with a "Late" cds. VG cond.
