Kangaroos 1913-1930's duplicated range of 1st, 3rd & SM wmks to 5/- with 2nd wmk to 2/- & CofA wmk to 10/- plus £1 & £2 "Specimen" ovpts with majority used. Incls some useful MLH plus "OS" & some state & private perfins plus several inverted wmks. Cat. £5000+. Incls a good range of ACSC listed plate varieties with values to 5/- (6) Cat. $8000+ (2017 edition) plus many unlisted varieties. Noted 1st wmk 1d pair showing "Extra island" 2 Tasmania's (ACSC 3 (E)d, Cat. $400) & 4d "Scratch "a" to map" (ACSC 15(l)h, Cat. $400) but pen-cancelled, 3rd wmk 3d "white flaw over "T" of Three" (ACSC 13(l)d, Cat. $450) & 5/- "broken coast near Sydney" (ACSC 45(D)f, $400) & 5/- "break in right frame opposite Cape York" (ACSC 45(D)ua, $400). Finally there are several NWPI ovpts incl a 1918/22 2/- with the very scarce "White dog-leg flaw through "SH" to value circle" variety MUH but with toned gum otherwise fine. This stamp without ovpt ACSC 37(2)f is Cat. $2,500 for MLH. Cond varies but largely good to fine. (290+) (JC)
