Norfolk Is 1947-1990 MUH/MLH in reverse chronological order with 2/8d Local Govt & 5/- brown used & the pages for 1947-1960 issues being toned but stamps are unaffected. The Ball Bay white papers are fresh MUH, the 10/- Specimen MLH with lower right ovpt. Complete simplified plus the white papers & ovptd 10/-. Most pre-1968 issues are MLH. Conservative reserve.
