1903 (3rd Sept) ½d green single line border with serpentine roulette gauge 13 (WR 3) uprated by the addition of ½d green swan & postally used from Mt Claremont to Edinburgh Scotland. Complete but opened in a less than desirable manner to suit a philatelist!
