1905 OHMS stampless letter imprinted ''Irish Land Commission” with matching violet oval Crown cachet. Red Dublin Official Paid AP 8 '05 cds. Addressed to Taff Vale Railway Co., Cardiff. Arrival Cardiff AP 10 ‘05 cds on reverse. Minor wear but a nice example of QV OHMS mail.
