1918 (3rd Dec) 5/- Postal Note used with “Merseylea'' cds & signed E.Stubbs, Postmaster. Cashed by a W.G.Baker in Lower Beulah, both are small villages south of Devonport. (see attached map) Folded with wear but a superb, early postal item.
