1921 "Report of Death from Contagious or Infectious Disease" OHMS pre-printed letter with 1½d KGV. Completed in ink manuscript describing a 2 year old girl dying from Laryngites-Diptheriar. Additionally added in hand "No post-mortem or inquest necessary, buried by order of Coroner - Dr Cole". Addressed to Town Clerk with Richmond H/S in mauve & pmkd Melbourne. Interesting.
