This is for the lease of property in Middlesex by Henry & Mary Haycraft from James Agutter, a timber merchant. With the rare blue £1 & 15/- revenue stamp with Cypher stamp at back. Complete document with the 2 signatories & their respective wax seals (minor chipping). Scarce & most attractive. Folded & aged as to be expected. A beautiful manuscript item, ideal for framing with a conservative estimate.
