1925 Georgia River Gold Mines Ltd Shareholders Certificate with 24 x 4c blue Excise Tax stamps & 4 x KEVII Tax stamps (1c orange, $1 bistre & 2x $2 green) all with "CANCELLED" cachet markings. Transfer details written on reverse. This company was one of the earliest mines on the BC mainland in the 1850's. A beaver emblem & gold embossed seal make this a lovely item.
