1914 (20th Feb) "Notification of a Case of Infectious Disease" OHMS pre-printed letter with 1d red Kangaroo. Completed in ink manuscript describing a 3½ year old boy with Diphtheria in the Municipality of Richmond. Incls the name & address of milk supplier. A lovely piece of social history.
