1893 (3rd Jan) Indenture on vellum conveying the Deed to the land to the Equitable Building Society for the sum of £1250. Signed on the back & witnessed. 5/- violet plus 2/6d tablet on front both showing date with stamp duty collector's initials adjacent. Excellent cond.
