1904 (10th Nov) Broad Arrow 3b-b. Four strikes on 1d & pair of 2d swans. Reg oval 2b & Registered RRS 1229 Launceston in blue on front. RRS Perth with usual Tatts Launceston & Hobart cds's. Manuscript "£5 Cut" in green crayon across address. Roughly oped & torn top right but not affecting stamps or pmks.
