1926-30 Small Multiple Watermark Perf. 13½x12½ 1½d red, Die II perfined "OS" with "split frame T.L. corner ", "retouch shading behind kangaroo" & "long last "E" in "PENCE" varieties. Fine used. Unlisted as should be ACSC 91(4)fc - State III re-entry which is only listed for perf. 13½x12½. Perhaps a new find?
