1993 K6 PNG Endangered Parrots "Research & Conservation Foundation" M/S's x 100. Fine MUH. These were never officially released & were intended to be the annual subscription fee to be a financial member of the PNGRCF & hence be sent to members as a receipt. For mainly political reasons, the stamps were originally never issued by the PO because none of the four birds featured were under threat of imminent extinction. However in later months some were offered for sale over the counter at the major Post Offices. (100)
