1970 (5th July) Ontario addressed "Martin J Devoe" company env with 6c QEII tied by Sept-Iles slogan pmk. "SALVAGED FROM AIR CRASH JULY 5" bold cachet in black on reverse. The crash of Air Canada Flight 621 happened in Brampton, Ontario as a result of a botched landing attempt at what is now Toronto Pearson Int Airport. This severely damaged the jet with the resulting explosions blowing the plane out of the sky as it attempted to go-around to land again. 109 people were killed in the accident.
