USA 1938-1954 "Presidentials" sorted accumulation of covers in individual glassines. Noted nearly all values to $1 incl coils, part booklets/panes, perfins, "prexies", solo on cover incl 4½¢, scarce thus, on uprated PSE's, Canal Zone ovpts (3 covers), censored WWII usages, registered/insured, unusual instructional markings etc. Over 220 items & the basis for an award winning exhibit supported by "The Prexies" by Roland E Rustad (1994), "Prexie Postal History" (Richard W. Helbock, editor) & "U.S. International Postal Rates 1872-1996" & revised second edition 1872-1999 by Wawrukiewicz & Beecher.
