Internal Revenue Fiscal Stamps 1881-1903. Collection on Hagner sheets with 1d to £10 vals. Contains a few MLH & unused without gum examples as well as many fiscally & postally used. Noted 1d used on 1893 "The Torbay Sawmill Company" receipt cancelled in m/s. Needs re-organising & a late lot hence little time spent breaking it down further. Careful viewing could pay dividends.
