1933 (16th Feb) OHMS cover from "East Sydney Technical College, Darlinghurst" on OHMS printed envelope with an "Appoint the Public Trustee as Your Executor…" advert on the back. 1d & 2d KGV ovptd "OS" tied by Sydney cancels. "Returned For Additional Postage Short Paid ......d. Postal Department Com'lth of Australia" cachet in mauve completed in m/s with "1". It appears that the 1d green "OS" had been applied as a result. Nice cover.
