1937 (2nd Aug) 3d blue KGVI, Die I "white wattles" on "G.R." crown illust cover. Pmkd Williamstown, Vic & hand addressed locally. Good cond with light soiling that could be improved with effort but has been opened at top a little roughly so part flap at rear. Remains a scarce FDC.
