1987/88 Bicentennial Antarctic Expedition Mt Minto Ascent cinderella set of 4 plus M/S's in MUH, FDI & SPECIMEN formats. Also 2 sets of 4 covers with each cancelled by pictorial "event" cancel. Second set with additional penguin cachet plus M/S with Bicentennial cancel. An unusual set not seen before & clearly privately produced with a full write up as to the trip including the damaged ship having to detour to NZ after storms. (12 items)
