KGV 1d red block of 4 perfined "OS" & tied by Perth Registered cds. Dowerin arrival on front. Clear "Post & Telegraph Office Dowerin WA" ORS 4 cancel on reverse. Edge wear & small tears not affecting cancels. Note; Dowerin ORS 4 not listed in either PMI or PMC.
