1916 (22nd Feb) Registered but undelivered "On His Majesty's Service" cover addressed to Dowerin with 4d orange kangaroo perfined large "OS" (damaged) & tied by Perth Registered cds. Re-directed to Bruce Rock before ultimately being returned to Dead Letter Office, Perth. Dowering & Bruce Rock arrivals on front together with both Perth & Bruce Rock red Registration labels. Dowerin Post & Telegraph Office ORS 3 on reverse which is not listed in PMI or PMC.
