1954 (20th July) Registered cover from the Kwinana Refinery Camp hand addressed to Glen Forrest WA with 6½d orange QEII pair tied by "Kwinana.Ref.Camp" E31 with provisional "KWINANA REFINERY CAMP" blue R6 label top left. Fremantle, Perth Regd & Kwinana Ref Camp b/s's. The Kwinana Refinery Camp was a construction camp with PMI recording usage of E31 between 23-3-54 to 9-07-54, it was established as an allowance office 1-05-53. Fine, rare & possibly unique.
