1948 (6th Nov) Commonwealth Savings Bank of Australia "For Registered Mail Only" long red printed env with 5½d emu tied by Relief No.11 E31-a cds with Provisional "JOLIMONT" R.6 regd label. Tear around stamp but not detracting from this scarce previously unrecorded use of Relief No.11 at Jolimont. PMI records use of Jolimont D27 cds from 10-09-26 to 8-06-42 & cds E31 from 2-10-52 to 7-08-67 with no use between 8-06-42 & 2-10-52.
