1905 (11th Feb) Department of Lands & Survey 2 sided pre-printed letter sheet from Perth to Menzies. The business side is a pre-printed acknowledgement of the receival of money with spaces to enable the date & the amount of money received to be entered. A note at the bottom states, "... must not be looked on as a formal receipt". The address side is headed O.H.M.S. with printed form only below & Department of Lands & Surveys lower left. The sheet has been folded to form an entire with 1d red swan (SG 118) perfined "WA" tied top right by Perth A25t-a (latest usage recorded in PMI 31-10-04). We have not seen examples of this form before & a rare survivor in good cond.
