Registered, undelivered before being returned. 5d bistre (SG 120) perfined "WA" tied by Perth Registered cds's with oval "R" below & "UNCLAIMED". DLO h/s lower left. "Found Open and Officially Sealed" label repairing top opening. 1909 11 JAN Dead Letter Office postal markings on reverse incl ORS 3-a in purple ink. A well worn & travelled cover to an unusual destination.
