New Guinea, Papua & Dutch New Guinea Presented in "as new" Seven Seas album with slipcase incl some earlier German New Guinea. Starts with 1898/1901 ovpts on Germany to 25pf MLH & to 25pf used, 1901 10pf Post & Reply Card mint plus 1900 5pf card ovptd on Germany cancelled MATUPI & addressed to Anglican Mission Samarai. Yachts complete MLH (5m wmkd) plus 3pf to 40pf used & blocks of 3pf (2 blocks of 4) & 50pf corner block of 8 MLH. Also "Lost Colonies" label in block of 4 before Papua from 1901 BNG to 1/- mixed MLH & used, Papua ovpts to 2/6d (1d, 6d & 2/6d used), 4d MLH with ovpt misplaced to right, wmk vertical MLH to 2/6d, 1907/09 perf. 12½ & perf. 11 to 1/- MLH, latter both upright & sideways, 1910 to 2/6d (2) & 1911/15 to 2/6d MLH plus a few cancels incl Kulumadau, 1d Stamp Duty (2 ovpt types), 1917 surcharges MLH & used & 1916/31 to 10/- MLH incl most printing varieties. Incls 1938 FFC Wau-Port Moresby-Melbourne & 1935 Port Moresby-Yodda-Ioma flight covers, 1908 perf "OS" to 1/- used & 1931/32 "OS" to 2/6d MLH (Cat. £130) incl both 2/6d shades. Continues with 1932 Pictorials to £1 F/U (Cat. £450), 1940 censored Airmail cover to NZ, 1941 ditto, 1942 Field Post Office "020" cover to Dandenong censored & 1934 50th Anniv set MLH & used plus set on 3 Fryer Stamp Co. (NZ) FDCs. Also 1935 SJ FDC to Qld, 1934 FFC Reg'd Melbourne on large 5d on 4½d regd envelope with Aust & Papua adhesives, 1937 Coronation set on regd Guinea Airways FDC (2 SP 37 error of date) with both 1938 & 1941 sets MUH/MLH.
