World 1890's to early 1900's albums x 3 with contemporary contents in usual mixed cond for this period. First vol starts with 1896 & 1899 Bank of Africa "paid" cheques in front cover & noting at the back Aust 5/- SHB good used plus 1914 6d kookaburra well centred & lightly used, 1932 1/- lyrebird "OS" used, kangaroos used incl 1st wmk large "OS" 6d & 5/- with parcel cancel, NZ 1953 10/- used strip of 3 while GB incls 1872 6d deep chestnut wing margin average used, 1887 9d good used, Rhodesia 1910 4d black & orange good used & 1905 2½d Falls used. Also Victoria 1900 Boer War charity unused (partly stuck) & NZ 1891/98 6d green Govt Life used. Second vol is an "Empire" album with another Aust 1914 6d & 5/- SHB (heavy Parcel cancel & small tear) plus 1913 1st wmk to 1/- fair used before pages of "States" in very mixed cond noting WA long lilac revenues with vals to 10/- pen-cancelled. German P.O's in China 3pf used, 5 to 50pf mint (25pf top perfs stained), Greece 1896 1d Olympics cds, WA Govt Railways ¼d, ½d, 1d unused, 6d, 1s & 2/6d used. Also New Hebrides 1897 Port Vila locals mint & USA 1898 50¢ Trans-Mississippi used plus some other useful pickings. Third vol with no obvious highlights. A salvage job in places due to water damage on second vol with some wear & tear but could be a worthwhile task! (100s)
