Forgeries Panelli forgeries plus a page of bogus stamps & replicas. "TVO" Pence dull purple-grey imperf octagonal stamp (similar to SG 2) on buff paper with 13 Bar "1" numeral cancel, 6d dull lilac perfd swan with 8 Bar killer cancel, 3 perfd swan with void grid cancels incl 1d red-brown, 6d purple/blue & 6d brown-purple/blue (no cancel) plus 4 more with grid "A03" cancels incl 1d bistre, 4d orange, 6d dull purple & 4d brown-red/pink. Page 2 with a very fine 4d blue "inverted frame" swan replica printed in Germany before 4d blue pair & 1/- brown in 2 pairs reprinted from the original stone & 12 bogus proofs in black printed in France & designated "FAUX" on the reverse. Also a page of genuine WA stamps with forged embellishments incl 1854 4d imperf swan with oversized 4.5mm puncture & another with forged Castellated roulette plus 6d & 3/- Internal Revenue stamps with extremely suspect cancels.
