1854 Cover to Ireland endorsed "By Ship" & 4 in red m/s for the 4d charge. Red type Pd 1 cancel (altered state of PA SL 1), showing charge paid & red "General Post Office Perth" type PA PO 1b applied top right. This is 2 years after the PMI listed date. It also not recorded in PMI in red. London receival b/s for 30 JU 1854. Back Flap repair does not detract.
