1895 (17th Apr) Proving cover for 12 bar "1" & Perth on this Registered cover to Liverpool, England with 5 x 1d IR stamps plus a 3d all tied by 12 bar "1" BN obliterator with neighbouring Registered Perth Oval ORS tying 3d IR. Name torn from front otherwise presentable with London receivals front & back. Number 11 proving cover in Pope & Reynolds with Pope stating 6d but this has 8d however also on same posting date? Ex Sykes.
