1914 (10th May) "Notification of a Case of Infectious Disease" OHMS pre-printed letter with 1d kangaroo tied by Melbourne slogan cancel. Completed in ink manuscript for Gladys Hill, aged 7, of 134 Elizabeth St, Richmond, with Diphtheria. Notes incl "Parents act as distributors of milk from premises" highlighting the concerns regarding spread. Doctor signed.
