1930 (15th Sept) 1½d Sturt Lord Howe Island provisional with manuscript ovpt "2d Paid PM LHI" tied by Lord Howe Is cds on folded cover addressed to "A Floyd Esq, RMS Makambo". Right side of stamp missing a piece (10mm x 3mm). Remains a lovely piece of genuine LHI postal history. ACSC 139c, Cat. $2000 on cover
