1914 (July) Melbourne to Sydney special card carried by Maurice Guillaux with 1d kangaroo tied by oval cachet "AUSTRALIA MELBOURNE 10 JUL 1914 VIC AERIAL MAIL" & numbered 505 with "SYDNEY 50" cds for 18 JL 14. Message reads "This card is to leave from the spot where Burke & Wills started their last journey". Some corner wear & 1cm tear at top but not the worst we have seen for this flight!
