Solomon Islands 1991 65¢ Health Campaign - "Less Healthier Food" unissued value due to the intended wording being “Less Healthy Food". Printed on CA sideways wmkd paper. Upon arrival of stock in the Solomons, it was decided not to issue this 65¢ value. In error however, a small number of sheets were delivered to some remote Post Offices in both MUH & CTO formats. They were some used on commercial mail & a few have turned up from charity kiloware over the years which have sold for as high as $750 each. This scarce CTO left marginal block of 4 are the first CTO examples we have seen.
